Taylor Sweatt SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR, ORTHOTICS & PROSTHETICS

Taylor joined us here at The Newell Group in December of 2024 to begin his venture into the world of executive search recruiting and specifically the O&P industry. Taylor has a history of working in many executive level client facing roles, which allows him the confidence and understanding that our clients need to best fill their open positions. He has a passion for helping others in their careers and pursuing excellence, so that both our clients and candidates receive the best fit for their needs.

Outside of recruiting, Taylor enjoys focusing on his health and fitness in the gym as well as honing his skills on the local links in golf. Taylor enjoys things like collecting vinyl records. One of his favorites being a 1971 original press of Black Sabbath’s ‘Paranoid’ album. Taylor also loves history and finds inspiration for both business and life in figures such as Winston Churchill and Marcus Aurelius. One of Taylor’s favorite quotes by Winston Churchill is “Success is not final; failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.”
