Kelly Amos Director of Talent Acquisition and Development

Kelly positively pursues people to empower them to rise to their greatest level of potential within our recruiting business. Charged with internal hiring pursuits and professional development, Kelly tackles the challenge of talent discovery and personalized training with vigor. Her expansive career has taken her to great heights beginning in HR with a national airline, to computer consulting across the Midwest and Southeast, and now to our office.

When she is not connecting with recruiters, she submerges herself in the lives of her family. She is a wife to an entrepreneurial husband and a mom to four talented children whom she homeschooled for a time. With so much to coordinate, organizing is her undeniable passion. She was born and raised in Indiana on a cattle farm before graduating from the School of Business at Indiana University. She has thoroughly enjoyed the warm weather of the South for the past 20 years, especially at the beach on Hilton Head Island each summer.
