My client is a cloud based, end-to-end population health management company. With the shift toward bundled payments, capitated rates, and risk-sharing, managed care organizations have to quickly find ways to simultaneously reduce costs and improve care. My client makes this possible. The company's technology is functionally advanced in the market, supporting cross-continuum records, medical coding, secure communications, calendar and order management, dashboarding, and both real-time and predictive analytics. It is customizable and integrates seamlessly with HIEs, EMRs, telehealth, and other third party systems. The company's product has been deployed by both private and government clients to manage over a million patients.



Must have 10+ years client service experience in healthcare space.

Experience with IT projects and enterprise level implementations, proven success managing cross functional teams and complex projects. Ideally PHM experience.



Manage all facets of company engagement with key enterprise clients, ensuring that both strategic account management and tactical project management activities are

performed timely and effectively.


Optimize the company’s engagement model and incorporate process improvementsto maximize resource productivity and client satisfaction.


Supervise and guide team of account executives and product managers inorganizing and participating in meetings, presentations, and demonstrations,

building positive relationships with key client personnel, and identifying andaddressing any client questions, issues, and concerns.


Provide industry insight to the account teams so that they are more knowledgeableand empowered in client meetings.


Ensure that all key messages are being communicated to clients in a timely and proactive manner.


Guide clients through the entire implementation and maintenance process and assist with their change management process.


Enhance existing materials and develop new materials in support of the client engagement process.


Develop a business development pipeline identifying internal opportunities for additional value-added services and provide accurate and compelling information to

client leaders regarding the company’s products and services.


Collaborate effectively with other executives and add value with respect to strategic discussions, product refinements, and key business decisions.
