If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to add to our conveniently located Greenville office.  We need a talented, self-motivated individual with the ability to:

Responsibilities:                                                                                                  

  • Source, target, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including but not limited to market research, job boards, referrals, networking and cold calling.
  • Make 60+ outbound calls a day.
  • Speak confidently with potential candidates, hold their interest in speaking with you and gather information.
  • Manage multiple job openings at once.
  • Evaluate skills sets and match them to the appropriate position.
  • Manage the flow of resume submittals.

 

 Job Requirements 

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Very strong follow up skills.
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with others.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills. Multi-tasking skills a must.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed in a competitive business setting.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong aptitude for building and managing relationships.
  • Professionalism is a must.
  • Must be outgoing and confident.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to handle rejection and move on, must not get flustered easily.
  • Strong computer skills (to include MS Word and database experience).
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, telemarketing, sales, retail, telephone, and database experience is a plus.
