  • Explores innovative feature/functionality sets and workflows or enhancements to current feature/functionality.
  • Develops workflow and process improvement for clinical products.
  • Collaborates on the development of training materials to support clinical training.
  • Monitors clinical markets' performance metrics and provides clinical insight and education as needed to team and customers.
  • Participates in clinical training initiatives.
  • Clinical focal point and key role during implementation of product with new and existing customers.
  • Joins periodic ride-alongs in markets when appropriate.
  • Trains and mentors new clinicians and/or clinical leaders within the organization.
  • Participates in sales calls and meetings to describe clinical programs to potential customers.
  • Serves as subject matter expert (SME) on evidence-based clinical practice.
  • Supports/serves as clinical Subject Matter Expert for Care Management, Utilization Management, and Disease Management.
  • Serves as Clinical Subject Matter Expert with administrative processes.


  • Registered Nurse degree required.
  • Must be a Nurse with history of working at a Health Plan.
  • APRN preferred, credentialed as Adult, Family, or Geriatric NP.
  • 10+ years of clinical experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience,
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time.
  • Strong communications and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships, lead teams, and work collaboratively.
  • Able to create and communicate a shared vision and lead toward that vision.
  • Skilled at articulating the company and clinical capabilities of platform to potential clients.
  • Broad knowledge of the health care environment.
  • Knowledgeable on clinical practice standards - regulatory and evidence-based standards.
  • Strong understanding of HEDIS and other Quality metrics.
  • Creates and environment in which others are setting expectations and holding each other accountable.
  • Ideally based in NYC office, but would consider remote (both will require up to 50% travel).
